The key responsibility areas for the Business Analyst profile at Agile ICO Pvt. Ltd. typically encompass the following:
Requirement Gathering and Analysis: Collaborating with stakeholders to understand business processes and gathering detailed requirements for IT solutions. This includes conducting interviews, workshops, and surveys to get clear specifications.
Solution Assessment and Validation: Evaluating multiple solutions and assessing their viability against the business needs. This involves cost-benefit analysis, risk analysis, and alignment with business strategies.
Documentation and Specification: Preparing accurate and detailed requirement specification documents, user interface guides, and functional specification documents. Ensuring all stakeholders have a clear and consistent understanding of the project requirements and objectives.
Stakeholder Management: Acting as a liaison between the business units, technology teams, and support teams. This includes facilitating communication, resolving conflicts, and ensuring that project stakeholders are informed and engaged.
Data Analysis and Interpretation: Analyzing data trends and patterns to provide insights and recommendations. This might involve using data analysis tools to forecast outcomes and support business decisions.
Project Management Support: Assisting in planning and monitoring project timelines, milestones, and deliverables. Business Analysts might also help in managing project scopes and change requests.
Quality Assurance and Testing: Working with the QA team to ensure that the end product meets all specified requirements. This involves creating test cases, participating in testing activities, and verifying that all issues are resolved.
User Training and Support: Developing and delivering training materials and sessions for users on new systems and applications. Also, providing ongoing support and system enhancements based on user feedback.
